As a fully accredited Health Coach, Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach and a member of the British Menopause Society, I will work with you to assess your current lifestyle and will help you to improve your wellbeing and ensure that you feel balanced in all aspects of your life.
I am passionate about improving quality of life during the menopause. As your coach, I will work with you to look at each of your symptoms and help you to take the action needed to move forwards feeling, confident, strong and healthy.
