Stillness, Space & Wellbeing
Your nervous system holds the story — I help you rewrite it.
Craniosacral therapy, somatic release, and coaching for those ready to restore from within.
I’m Marissa Simone — Craniosacral Therapist.
I work with people at every stage of life — from the very beginning to the later years — creating space for healing, clarity, and calm through gentle, non-invasive touch.
Craniosacral Therapy helps the body release stress, restore balance, and reconnect to its natural ability to heal.
It can support a wide range of issues — physical, emotional, and neurological.
Clients come to me for help with headaches and migraines, infertility, back pain and sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, facial pain, post-COVID symptoms, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, and nervous system overwhelm.
I also work with children and teens experiencing stress, sensory processing challenges, sleep difficulties, or neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD and autism.
Many parents bring their babies for gentle support with colic, reflux, constipation, or unsettled sleep.
Pregnant clients often seek sessions for pelvic alignment, back pain, or simply to rest and reconnect with their changing bodies.
Others come not for a symptom — but for a sense of stillness, presence, and wellbeing.
My approach blends advanced training, deep presence, and intuitive touch — creating a space for your system to do what it innately knows how to do: heal.
Who is Marissa Simone?
Craniosacral Therapist
I work with the body, not just the mind — helping people of all ages release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their natural state of balance.
My approach blends the gentle power of Craniosacral Therapy with a background in holistic coaching and mind-body health. I’m a fully accredited Health Coach, Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach, have worked as an NHS Health and Wellbeing Coach and am trained in a range of body based healing modalities.
Whether you’re recovering from stress or trauma, supporting a child’s development, or simply longing for more calm and clarity, my work meets you where you are — and helps your system return to where it wants to be: in harmony.
How I can Help
Welcome — you’ve found a space where healing begins not with pressure, but with presence.
Whether you’re navigating stress, recovering from illness or burnout, supporting a child through challenges, or simply longing to feel more grounded, I’m here to help you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance.
Through gentle Craniosacral Therapy, somatic release, and integrative coaching, we work together to regulate your nervous system, release held tension, and create more space in your system — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs. You might be seeking relief from anxiety, sleep difficulties, chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, or simply craving calm in a fast-paced world.
With grounded, compassionate support, I’ll guide you toward a deeper sense of wellbeing — not by doing more, but by softening into what’s already within you.
Come as you are. Leave with more space, softness, and stillness inside.
Working with me
Our work together is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in deep listening — to your body, your story, and what you’re ready to release.
I take a holistic approach to healing, integrating Craniosacral Therapy, somatic awareness, and coaching, to fully support you.
Rather than trying to “fix” symptoms, we create space for your system to unwind, regulate, and return to its natural intelligence. This is work that empowers you from the inside out — helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself.
Whether you arrive seeking calm, clarity, or support through a transition, we’ll move at your pace, guided by what your body is asking for.
I firmly believe that It’s not about doing more — it’s about softening into who you already are.
About Marissa Simone
Craniosacral Therapist and Health & Wellness Coach
Nearly 20 years ago, I found myself completely lost. I was deep in anxiety, exhausted, and carrying the weight of both my body and my emotions. I was on strong medication, struggling to think clearly, and barely holding things together for my young family. I knew something had to change — and that the answers I needed weren’t going to come from a quick fix.
That moment was the beginning of a long, transformative journey back to myself. I explored therapies that didn’t just treat symptoms, but helped me gently unravel the deeper layers of stress, trauma, and disconnection. What truly changed everything was learning how to work with my nervous system — to slow down, listen inward, and let my body lead the way.
Now, I help others do the same. Through Craniosacral Therapy, somatic awareness, and a deeply intuitive approach, I support people of all ages to feel safe in their bodies, release held tension, and reconnect to a sense of calm, clarity, and wellbeing — from the inside out.
It’s a joy to hold space for others as they return to themselves — gently, naturally, and in their own time.

Distance Craniosacral Session
Distance craniosacral therapy supports the body in the same way as an in person session, working with the nervous system, fascia and natural rhythms of the body. Although there is no physical contact, the intention, presence, and therapeutic focus remain the same and I am able to connect with and feel into any patterns, movements and blockages within the body that may be causing physical, mental and emotional imbalance.
Distance sessions can address stress and overwhelm, emotional holding, tension patterns, fatigue, trauma responses, and support during periods of change or healing.
Sessions take place remotely, allowing you to rest comfortably in your own space while the body is gently supported to settle, rebalance, self regulate and heal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Craniosacral Therapist and Health and Wellbeing Coach
What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the body’s natural rhythms and healing mechanisms. It focuses on releasing tensions held deep in the body — particularly within the nervous system — to improve overall health and function. CST is suitable for all ages and can support a wide range of physical and emotional conditions.
What happens during a Craniosacral Therapy session?
You’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table. I use a light touch — often no more than the weight of a 5p coin — to assess and gently release areas of restriction or imbalance. Most people find the treatment deeply relaxing, and some experience sensations such as warmth, softening, or gentle movement as the body unwinds.
How can Craniosacral Therapy help me?
CST can support a variety of conditions, including migraines, anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and trauma. By calming the nervous system and encouraging the body’s natural healing processes, it can ease physical tension, promote emotional resilience, and enhance overall wellbeing.
Is Craniosacral Therapy safe?
Yes. CST is extremely gentle and non-invasive, making it suitable for people of all ages — including babies, the elderly, and those with chronic health conditions or high sensitivity. It’s also safe to receive alongside medical treatment or conventional therapies.
How many CST sessions will I need?
This varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients notice significant improvement after just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over time. We’ll discuss your progress regularly and work at a pace that feels right for you.
Can Craniosacral Therapy support emotional issues as well as physical ones?
Absolutely. Many physical symptoms have emotional roots or are exacerbated by stress. CST allows space for deep emotional release in a safe, contained way. Clients often report feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded after treatment.
Does Craniosacral Therapy involve manipulation or cracking?
No. CST is not manipulative and does not involve any forceful adjustments. The touch is incredibly light and always respectful of your body’s pace and needs.
What should I wear to a CST session?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing — something you feel relaxed in. You’ll remain fully clothed for the session, so there’s no need to change.
Where are you based and how do I book a session?
